Honor the service of a military hero.

The City of Box Elder's Heroes Among Us Military Tribute Banner Program honors active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, veterans, retired military personnel, and fallen service members through personalized banners displayed at City Hall and along Villa Drive. Anyone may sponsor a banner, and the honoree does not have to be from Box Elder. Space is limited, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

By signing this form, you agree to the following: I understand that all banners will use the official City-approved design and that the City may adjust the layout for consistency and readability.

I confirm that the information provided is accurate and written as it should appear on the banner. I understand that the City assigns banner locations based on availability, installation logistics, and completed reservation order. I understand that the City is not liable for damage or loss caused by weather, wind, vandalism, vehicle accidents, or other unforeseen events. I understand that no payment is due at this time. The City will email me an invoice in January 2027.

What happens next? After your reservation is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email explaining that payment will begin in January 2027. The City will send an invoice by email. Payment may then be made by phone, online, or by delivering a check to the City of Box Elder. Checks should be made payable to the City of Box Elder Heroes Among Us Program.
