The event will bring together all seven Toastmasters clubs from the Box Elder and Rapid City area under the theme, "Celebrating America's 250th." The open house will provide an opportunity for community members to learn more about Toastmasters and the communication and leadership development opportunities it offers. Representatives from all seven clubs, including the area's three corporate clubs, will be present to share information about their organizations and discuss the benefits of Toastmasters membership.  

A demonstration meeting will be featured during the event, showcasing prepared speeches by local Toastmasters members and providing attendees with a firsthand look at a typical club meeting. The event will conclude with the announcement of a Centennial City Time Capsule. Information will be shared on how residents can contribute items that reflect the history, culture, and growth of Box Elder for future generations.
