Vendor Participation Guidelines:
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Due to limited space, only a select number of vendors and food trucks will be accepted. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance AFTER the application deadline. The City of Box Elder reserves the right to assign vendor locations in a manner that best supports the event's success and our attendees' experience.  Participants are responsible for providing their own complete booth setup - electricity is not available.  If you plan to use a canopy, please ensure it is properly secured with weights or sandbags, as windy conditions are likely.

*Please note that AFTER the sign-up deadline - Aug. 21st, you will receive an email about your acceptance, all event information, and set-up/tear down times.

Vendors selling products or merchandise, as well as food trucks, are required to provide a current Certificate of Insurance (to be uploaded below) and a valid South Dakota Sales Tax License. They must also obtain a City of Box Elder General Business License or Mobile Food Vendor License before participating in the event.
