To provide residents and businesses of Box Elder with a safe, well-maintained, and efficient roadway and stormwater system that supports mobility, public safety, and environmental health. We are committed to preserving and improving streets, sidewalks, and stormwater infrastructure through proactive maintenance, effective planning, and responsible use of resources.

To be recognized as a leader in sustainable roadway and stormwater management, fostering a community where safe, reliable, and resilient transportation and drainage systems support growth, connectivity, and long-term livability while protecting natural resources and reducing flooding risks.
