MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS
The City of Box Elder will hold their 2026 Municipal Election on June 2nd, 2026.
Municipal Offices with vacancies are:
- Alderman, Ward 1
- Alderman, Ward 2
- Alderman, Ward 3

VOTER REGISTRATION
If you would like to ensure you're registered to vote for upcoming elections, please visit the South Dakota Secretary of State - Voter Information Portal. If you are currently registered to vote, additional information is provided regarding your polling location, how to vote, and if you have a current absentee ballot application on file. You will also find information about how to contact your county auditor.
