NOTICE OF HEARING REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE BEFORE THE BOX ELDER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given that the following petitioner has applied to the City of Box Elder Board of Adjustment for a Variance as follows:
Application by Big C Signs on behalf of Border Foods to allow an on-premise ground sign of 55 feet at 685 Cimmaron Drive (Lot 1 of Block 1 of Leitzke Subdivision, all in Section 20, T2N, R9E, B.H.M., Pennington County, South Dakota.
Notice is further given that said application will be heard by the City of Box Elder Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Second Floor Council Chambers at Box Elder City Hall, located at 420 Villa Drive. Any person interested may submit written comments to the Box Elder Planning Department before 5:00 p.m. on June 9, 2026, or be heard at the meeting regarding this matter.
