🎃👻 Box Elder Residents — it’s time to get spooky! 👻🎃

The City of Box Elder is excited to introduce Haunted Streets: Outdoor Halloween Decorating Contest! 🏆🕸️

Whether your outdoor display is cute, creepy, creative, or completely over-the-top, we want to see it!

Register your home for a chance to win and earn some serious neighborhood bragging rights.

Prizes for the Top 3 Homes, including an exclusive “Bragging Rights Live Here” yard sign to keep!

Important Dates:
🎃 Registration Opens: October 1st
⏰ Registration Deadline: October 18th
👀 Judging: October 19th and 20th

🏆 Winners Announced: October 21st

Contest Rules:

1. City Limits: Participants must reside within city limits. Only residential properties located within city limits are eligible to participate.

2. Registration: Participants must complete and submit the official registration form (See BELOW) by the designated deadline.

3. Displays: Decorations must be appropriate for public viewing. Displays containing profanity, nudity, or other inappropriate or offensive material will be disqualified.

4. Safety First: Decorations must not obstruct sidewalks, streets, driveways, fire hydrants, or public rights-of-way. Displays must not create safety hazards for pedestrians, motorists, or neighboring properties.

5. Judging: All decorations must be completed and illuminated (if applicable) during the designated judging period. Judges will evaluate displays based on creativity, originality, overall appearance, and Halloween spirit. Judging will take place between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM on October 19th and 20th. Please ensure your decorations are ready and illuminated (if applicable) on both dates, as judges may visit your home on either day.

6. Property Access: All judging will take place from the street or public sidewalk. Judges will not enter private property.

7. Display Permission: By registering, participants agree that their decorated property may be photographed and featured on the City's website, social media pages, and other promotional materials.

8. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on October 21st. Winners will be contacted using the information provided on their registration form.

9. Disqualification: The City reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate contest rules, create safety concerns, or contain inappropriate content
